Bio-Hazard or Heavily Soiled Fee $20.

“Bio-Hazard” is for orders soiled with mold, vomit, blood, feces, urine, or similar. “Heavily Soiled” is for orders soiled with dirt, grime, hair or something that requires extra washing and/or extra handling such as soaking or manual scrubbing. These are charged at the concierge’s discretion.
