Hot water on the other hand is tough on your fabrics, quickly fades colors, and shortens their lifespan.

All of our packages include our most advanced commercial grade cold-water detergent and fabric softeners designed specifically to work with our ozonated MAXfresh Water.  For our customers wanting to customize their washing, we offer Tide, Gain, Arm & Hammer, and All Free & Clear. For these same customers, we offer Downy, Snuggle, and Gain fabric softeners. Once you create your account, you will see all the options available, including lemon juice, baking soda, distilled white vinegar, etc.

The best thing you can do regarding stains is tell us. Please make sure to mark and bag these specific stained items separately.

The dryer sheets are coated with a slick substance infused with fabric softeners and perfumes. The heat of the dryer melts the substance and allows it to spread to the other items in the dryer. There are three major drawbacks to dryer sheets: One, fragrance and softening chemicals coating dryer sheets can irritate sensitive skin. Additionally, synthetic fragrances, in particular, are common allergens that may cause respiratory issues, headaches, or skin reactions in sensitive individuals. For those with allergies or asthma, wearing clothes dried with dryer sheets may exacerbate symptoms. Two, the coating can negatively affect some fabrics. Towels can become less absorbent and some studies show it can make flame retardant treatments in kids’ clothing less effective. Three, dryer sheets are disposable, which means you have to keep buying them and they create waste that goes into landfills.

We instead encourage our customers to use 100% organic wool dryer balls in the tumble dryers. These wool balls are chemical free, hypoallergenic and eco-friendly. They also help reduce wrinkles, twisting, tangling, pet hair and shorten dry time. Wool balls are reusable for over 1,000 loads of laundry. And, we offer them free of charge.

We do not use chlorine bleach. While chlorine bleach does kill bacteria and viruses, it usually does more damage to fabrics than good. Chlorine bleach commonly turns white fabrics yellow (dingy), damages fabrics, can irritate skin, and can leave a harsh smell on laundry.

Our MAXfresh^® ozone-infused cold water kills microorganisms found in dirty laundry approximately 3,000 times faster and is 150% more effective than chlorine bleach. Ozone is the most powerful natural oxidant in existence. When ozone gas is introduced to an environment with bacteria, mold, or any other organic material, it readily donates one of its oxygen atoms to oxidize (destroy) that material, leaving a clothesline fresh scent. Ozone is safe on fabrics, does not irritate skin, does not damage fabrics, and instead relaxes the weaves of your laundry’s fabrics, leaving clothes with a soft and fluffy texture. When using cold water minus chlorine bleach, clothes enjoy a much longer lifespan.

We also encourage our customers to substitute chlorine bleach with oxygen bleach powder aka sodium percarbonate (bleach alternative), as well as distilled white vinegar, lemon juice and baking soda if they wish to further attempt to brighten and whiten their laundry.

Because using our MAXfresh^® ozone infused cold water disinfection washing system is far superior than any chemically-designed fabric softener, without any of the liquid softeners drawbacks, bar none.

Fabric softeners can not only irritate sensitive skin, but they also leave a layer of residue on your clothes and reduce the absorption of your towels. Fabric softeners work by depositing a layer of electrically charged chemical compounds on fabric. This coating causes the fibers on clothes to fluff up, thus making fabric feel softer and gentler on the skin. They also neutralize electric charge, which is what makes your clothes shock you and cling together. But it comes at a cost: Fabric softeners can reduce flame resistance on children’s sleepwear and can diminish workout clothes’ wicking ability.

Some customers use a bathroom scale to get an estimated weight. Our concierge team weighs your order as soon as it arrives at our facility and again once your laundry is expertly folded and packaged, to ensure nothing is missing. If you use our reusable logo laundry bags, we will launder these bags as well. You’ll receive a text confirmation to view your order details.

Pick up and delivery is all we do. We are not a laundromat and therefore, we do not share washing machines and dryers with walk-in customers. Each of our customers enjoys pristine, disinfected machines. Moreover, we use ozone to super clean, super deodorize, super brighten, and super soften your laundry.

New customers just put their laundry in a plastic trash bag. Regular customers typically use our reusable XXL laundry bags. Regardless, we will properly label your order at pickup.

A team member. We do not use a Uber or Lyft driver gig type service. You do not need to be at home for your laundry pickup or delivery. In fact, most customers prefer to leave their bags out for our drivers for a completely contactless experience. That said, feel free to open your door and greet our star drivers.

You will enter your credit card or debit card when you first create your account. Your card will be charged once your order is expertly folded, packaged and ready for delivery. You will receive a text message with a link to view your order.

Everyday laundry items like clothes, sheets, and towels are priced by the pound. Unique and oversized items like blankets, comforters, and sleeping bags are priced per item.

Laundry stripping is a hand washing powerful cleaning process that restores clothing to their bare fabric by stripping away detergent residue, old fabric softener, minerals from hard water, and body oils that have collected on your laundry over time. Our stripping solution bathes and soaks your towels, blankets, mattress pads, sheets, pillow cases, bathrobes, workout clothes, etc. White, off-white and colorfast fabrics are safe for laundry stripping.
